Curated floral composition for a Thailand-based hand care brand
Hygn is a hand sanitiser and hand cream brand born in Thailand, one that champions nature, mindfulness, and the power of locally sourced ingredients. Their ethos revolves around creating thoughtful, high-quality products that nurture both skin and senses.
To visually interpret their next collection, I curated a series of floral compositions—blending both fresh and dried flowers, to echo the scent, texture, and spirit of each product. Each floral element was selected not just for its beauty, but for the story it tells and the emotion it evokes.
For their rose-scented product, I chose dried and fresh roses in warm hues, deep red and burnt orange, to reflect the brand’s earthy elegance and timeless charm. To evoke the airy essence of sea breeze, soft eucalyptus leaves were arranged to introduce a sense of freshness, movement, and calm.
Cotton blooms were added to represent the soothing, gentle touch found in their formulas, while citrus notes were brought to life through delicate colour pairing and form, bright, crisp, and uplifting.
I also selected daisies to enhance the refreshing and clean sensation inspired by their hand sanitiser spray. With their wide-open petals and pure appearance, daisies brought in a sense of mindfulness, clarity, and fresh cleanliness, perfectly aligning with the product's feel and function.
This project wasn’t just a photoshoot, it was an exploration in translating scent and sensation into visual storytelling. By pairing the right tones, forms, and textures with each product, the photographs became more than a brand asset—they became an immersive experience.
